Who I Work With
Women
I primarily work with women from diverse cultural backgrounds, lifestyles, and experiences. Together, we explore the complex issues surrounding midlife and menopause, crafting personalized strategies that honor your unique story and goals.

The women I support are deeply committed to their therapeutic journey and place great importance on it. They come with varying levels of insight and readiness. Together, we cultivate greater self-awareness and engagement as they commit to their personal growth and development—both during our sessions and beyond—as we navigate challenges and obstacles together.

Couples
I work with a diverse range of couples, including newlyweds, pre-engaged partners, and long-term couples from varied backgrounds and lifestyles—including same-sex couples, interracial couples, couples of color, and mature partners. I wholeheartedly welcome, embrace, and celebrate inclusivity and diversity in all relationships.

The couples I support come willingly to therapy—without ultimatums—and bring a readiness to be vulnerable and honest. They recognize that growth comes from facing difficult truths together and are committed to working on their relationship both during sessions and in everyday life.

These couples do not expect me to “fix” their relationship; rather, they understand that I provide a safe, nonjudgmental space for open and honest dialogue. This allows for clarity, whether they choose to renew their commitment and shared vision for the future or decide that their paths no longer align and seek an amicable separation.

Seniors
The older adults and couples I support are seeking meaningful connection, clarity, and peace in their later years. They come with a wide range of life experiences, perspectives, and readiness for change. Together, we explore the emotional, relational, and identity shifts that often accompany retirement, evolving family roles, health transitions, and the search for renewed purpose.

They recognize that therapy in this stage of life is not about “starting over,” but about creating meaning, fostering resilience, and living this chapter with intention and dignity.

These clients value having a safe, compassionate space to reflect on their lives — celebrating strengths, making sense of losses, and finding ways to stay engaged and connected.

Our work may focus on processing life review, reconnecting with purpose, navigating evolving relationships, or finding steadiness in the face of uncertainty.

Depending on your needs, I may offer reflective practices or optional exercises between sessions — always rooted in meaning, connection, and what feels manageable for your life.
