Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist
Helping you navigate what's hard and discover what's possible.
About Me
I’m glad you’re here. Therapy is about connection, and getting to know each other is the first step. I center my work on helping women navigate midlife transitions and couples strengthen their connection and clarity, creating a space where your story is seen, valued, and understood. My path to becoming a therapist has been shaped by my own experiences, the people I care about, and a commitment to populations often overlooked in traditional mental health care.

I earned my Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology in 2013, and over the past decade, I’ve worked with clients from diverse backgrounds facing complex life and relational challenges. Through this work, I’ve witnessed the profound transitions and growth midlife and relationships can bring—and the incredible resilience and insight people bring to this stage of life.

I bring my whole self to therapy—lived experience, cultural background, and clinical expertise—to create a space that is compassionate, collaborative, and attuned to your unique story. Together, we explore patterns, uncover insight, and support meaningful, lasting change. I’m honored to walk alongside you as you reclaim your voice, agency, and sense of possibility.

Centered in Life
Outside of my work, I stay curious and engaged in life. I enjoy reading, traveling, exploring new experiences, and spending time with family and close friends. These passions keep me grounded, energized, and empathetic — and they inform the care and presence I bring to every client.
