Your Investment in Therapy
Care shaped by presence, skill, and depth.
This is not therapy in bulk. It is focused, intentional, high-touch care for clients who are ready to engage in meaningful, relational work—with the time and presence that growth requires.
I’ve chosen to build a practice that is quiet, focused, and client-centered. You won’t find me in every directory or partnering with every provider—and that is intentional. Healing is deeply personal, not one-size-fits-all.
My work is devoted to two areas of specialization: supporting women navigating midlife transitions and helping couples reconnect with clarity and intention. By maintaining a small caseload, I’m able to offer care that is attentive, relational, and grounded in clinical depth.
When we work together, you’re not simply reserving time—you’re entering a therapeutic relationship built on trust, presence, and nuanced understanding.
If you’re seeking quick fixes or surface-level strategies, this may not be the right fit. If you’re looking for therapy that goes deeper, moves with care, and honors complexity, I invite you to reach out.
I offer private-pay therapy and do not accept insurance. Fees are discussed during the initial consultation to ensure clarity and alignment before moving forward.
Therapy is one of the most meaningful commitments you can make—to yourself and to your relationships. It is not an indulgence; it is an intentional investment in emotional health and long-term change.

Session Fees and Payment
Session fees are collected at 8 a.m. on the day of your appointment. I accept Visa, MasterCard (including debit cards with these logos), American Express, FSA and HSA cards, and cash. Even if paying with cash, a credit card is required to remain on file.
I do not accept insurance.
If you have out-of-network (OON) benefits, I can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurer. This may allow for partial or full reimbursement. Please check with your insurance provider about your OON coverage before starting services so you are fully informed.
Many clients choose to use Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) or Health Savings Accounts (HSA) to pay for therapy, which can offer tax advantages. Paying out-of-pocket may also help you reach your deductible sooner, potentially reducing future co-pays or out-of-pocket costs.
Cancellation / Rescheduling and No-Show Policy
If a session is cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or if you do not attend a scheduled session, you are responsible for the full session fee.
