Guided Progressive Muscle Relaxation

Progressive Muscle Relaxation (PMR) is one of my favorite tools because it offers both: a sense of calm in the moment and the kind of rest your body needs to truly recharge. By gently tensing and releasing different muscle groups, you signal to your nervous system that it’s safe to slow down — helping your body reset and your mind breathe easier.

I’ve created two short, guided PMR practices for you:

  • One with calming ambient music

  • One without music, for a quieter experience
