I understand that women face unique mental health challenges during midlife, often experiencing feelings of isolation and alienation. You don't have to suffer in silence or endure menopause alone; I offer support during this transformative period of life. My focus is on promoting women's psychological and emotional well-being by addressing the changes, obstacles, and issues that commonly emerge during this significant phase of life, including:

Hormonal Changes and Menopause:  

Perimenopause, menopause, and postmenopause.

Mental and Emotional Health:  

Anxiety disorders, mood disorders, trauma and stressor-related disorders, abuse, grief and loss, cognitive health, and stress management.

Romantic relationships, family dynamics, eldest daughter syndrome, friendships, and workplace interactions.

Life Transitions:

Aging, identity shifts, empty-nest syndrome, work-life balance, personal goals, caregiving, redefining familial roles and responsibilities, and personal fulfillment.

Empowerment & Advocacy:

Self-esteem, self-awareness, self-acceptance, self-advocacy, assertiveness skills, and boundary setting.
