This workshop is suitable for adult couples of all ages and stages of their relationship including pre-engaged, pre-marital, newlyweds, long-term spouses, and partners and couples experiencing life transitions.
It is also beneficial for couples who are seeking to reinforce their strong bond, those who are navigating through challenging times, and couples who find committing to therapy sessions challenging or intimidating.
Please note this workshop is NOT for couples experiencing severe relationship distress, emotional abuse, domestic violence, active addictions, and/or serious mental health problems in one or both partners.

This workshop incorporates a combination of lectures, videos, demonstrations, and private couple exercises. While designed to be engaging, enjoyable, educational, and insightful, it's important to note that participants do NOT share their issues in front of others.

Will we have to share personal problems during the workshop?
No. Personal problems will not be shared during the workshop.
Do both partners need to attend this workshop?
Yes, this is a workshop specifically for couples. Consider signing up for my monthly newsletter as I will announce an upcoming singles (for individuals who are not in a relationship or those who are in a relationship but whose partners do not want to attend) workshop.
Do we need to read the Seven Principles book before attending?
Although many find it useful, you do not have to read the book in advance as the workshop is based on the book and will cover part of it.
Should we do the exercises at home or in the workshop?
This is a one-day workshop and the exercises will be done during our time together. However, feel free to continue the exercises on your own after the workshop.
Do I have to talk in this workshop?
No, participants are not required to talk. Participants should be open to engaging in the activities, however.

Is childcare provided during the workshop?
Childcare is not provided. I recommend making arrangements for your little ones so you can fully participate and benefit from the workshop.
Workshop Cancellation Policy: Fees are non-refundable. However, if you are unable to attend the workshop you initially registered for you will receive a one-time transferable credit to a future workshop within 12 months of the date of the original missed workshop (no questions asked).
