CBT focuses on relationships between your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors.  Your emotions and behaviors are influenced by your perceptions of events (the way you think about a situation).

CBT is an evidence-based therapy used to treat a wide range of disorders including depression, anxiety, panic attacks, PTSD, low self-esteem, grief and loss, relationship difficulties, and stress to name a few.  CBT focuses on identifying, challenging, and changing maladaptive thinking that can keep you stuck.
