Fees are generally collected between 8 a.m. and 9 a.m. the day of your scheduled appointment. I accept the following forms of payment: Cash (credit card is still required to be on file), Visa, MasterCard (including debit cards that bear these logos), American Express, and FSA and HSA cards.
I do not accept insurance.
If you receive any Out of Network (OON) benefits from your insurance provider, upon request I can provide you with a superbill you may be able to submit to your insurance provider for possible reimbursement. Please check with your insurance provider prior to beginning services for possible reimbursement eligibility.
*Cancellation/Reschedule Policy: A cancellation fee (full fee of your session) will occur if cancellation or a request to reschedule is given less than 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.
*No Show Policy: If you do not attend your scheduled session you are responsible for the full fee of your missed session.
