Payment & Policies
Session fees are collected at 8 a.m. on the day of your scheduled appointment. I accept the following forms of payment: Cash (credit card is still required to be on file), Visa, MasterCard (including debit cards that bear these logos), American Express, and FSA and HSA cards.
I do not accept insurance.
If you receive out-of-network (OON) benefits from your insurance provider, upon request I can provide you with a superbill you can submit to potentially claim reimbursement. Please check with your insurance provider to determine your eligibility for reimbursement before beginning services.
*Therapy Cancellation/Rescheduling & No Show Policy: If a cancellation or rescheduling request is made less than 24 hours before your appointment or you do not attend your scheduled session, you are responsible for the full fee for your missed session.
*Workshop Cancellation Policy: Fees are non-refundable. However, if you are unable to attend the workshop you initially registered for you will receive a one-time transferable credit to a future workshop within 12 months of the date of the original missed workshop.
*Group Cancellation Policy: Fees are refundable for groups purchased as a bundle up until one week before the start of the first group. Individual group fees are non-refundable.
