About Me

My passion lies in helping people get unstuck. I strive to help people grow, improve, progress, and ultimately learn to overcome the difficulties that presently entangle them.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

To better fulfill this passion, I entered the field of psychology, and in 2013 I graduated with a Master’s degree from Argosy University American School of Professional Psychology, San Francisco.  For over a decade, I have worked closely with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families from various backgrounds and life experiences in a variety of settings.  Within safe and confidential settings, I have helped clients explore complex emotions and behaviors, and clarify a wide range of mental health conditions and personal challenges.

SPECIALTY

I specialize in working with adult couples of all ages, cultures, races, and sexual orientations, married or in committed relationships that struggle with the following issues: Infidelity, frequent conflict, parenting, communication, emotional distancing, intimacy, and finances. I assist couples with developing skills and a deeper understanding of each other which will allow couples to increase intimacy, effectively manage conflict, and strengthen their emotional bond.

For individuals struggling with layered, acute, and chronic issues such as trauma, depression, anxiety, stress, grief and loss, and life transitions, I offer a tailored, personalized and thoughtful approach that emphasizes identifying and changing unhelpful thoughts and behavior patterns that can help you navigate these challenges.
